Yiwukemei.com offers a 180-day return and refund satisfaction guarantee on all its wholesale products. If you have any reason to be dissatisfied, simply return your product within 180 days of the original order delivery date by following the instructions below.
Return Exclusions
Please note that your product will not be eligible for a refund if any of the following conditions are met:
- The refund application date is more than 180 days after the original order delivery date.
- The product you are returning is not in the original box or the set is incomplete.
- Kemei products purchased from other platforms are not eligible for refunds on this website, you need to apply for a refund on the platform where you purchased them.
- Products purchased from any of our retail partners are not eligible for refunds, this website only serves wholesale customers, to get a refund, you need to contact the retailer directly.
- Single samples are not eligible for returns.
- We cannot accept refunds for products damaged due to improper use.
- Replacement parts are not eligible for returns
Which products can be refunded
1. Damaged products
- Used and defective products
Since the products have been put into use, there is a certain amount of loss, which needs to be evaluated and confirmed by us. Products that meet the return conditions confirmed by us will be settled and refunded at 70% of the original value (i.e. 70% off). Note: All packaging and accessories must be kept intact, and we do not bear the corresponding round-trip shipping costs. - Unused and defective products
For damaged products received and not used, you can apply for return and exchange. We will be responsible for the return and exchange and bear the corresponding round-trip shipping costs. Please keep the original packaging box, packaging materials and products for inspection. We may ask you to send photos of the damage to speed up the investigation.
2. Brand new, unused and unopened good products
- Refund and return: We can refund 70% of the original price of the product (i.e. 70% off), please note that we do not bear the corresponding round-trip shipping costs.
- Replace other products of Kemei: We can replace other products at 80% of the original price of the product (i.e. 80% off), please note that we do not bear the corresponding round-trip shipping costs.
How to apply for a refund?
Step 1
Fill in the form below to submit a refund request. We will arrange for after-sales customer service to contact you within 48 hours of receiving the refund request.
Step 2
Contact our after-sales customer service and send the goods to us according to the requirements of after-sales customer service
Step 3
After receiving the goods, we will check whether the goods meet the refund conditions applied for. If so, we will remit the refund to your designated account within a maximum of 14 working days
