Kemei does NOT collect “sensitive information” as defined by the applicable laws.

- Financial information includes credit card and debit card details that you supply when purchasing Kemei Products.
- Account and Profile Information includes contact information, purchases information, communication preferences and your preferred hairstyle, hair length, texture and pattern. It also includes account credentials and items saved in your online shopping basket and for future purchases. The Profile and Account Information includes information that you provide voluntarily when you sign up for programs such as Kemei Pro.
- User content is any material you upload to our social media sites, blogs or other forums. Please be aware that any information you post in public areas will be collected by Kemei and other users, as well as the general public. It is strongly recommended that you don’t post information on the Services which could be used to identify you or to locate you by strangers or which you would not like to share publicly.
- Preferences and Feedback include your expressed interests, information about Kemei product you own, feedback on the performance and satisfaction of products, as well as information about your overall experience with our site.
- Audio Visual Information such as your voice or likeness captured in photos, videos, or audio recordings. This includes when you leave a voicemail on our website, post a review of a product on the site, or tag us with a picture or video on social media.

Kemei may share the Personal Information that we collect with third parties. We will never sell your Personal information.

We may share Personal Information about you with third parties who provide services for us or assist in the operation of our Services (such services as marketing, customer service, hosting, analytics and payment processing). These third parties are only allowed to use your Personal Information as we direct or authorize them. They may not use or disclose your information in any other way.
3.2.Business Partners.
Our business partners (such as extended warranty providers) may receive your name, contact details, and information about purchases (such as the products purchased and coverage/warranty obtained).
3.3. Advertisers or analytics providers.

8. About Children
Our services are available to anyone 16 years old and older.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will not knowingly gather personal information about any child under 13 unless a guardian or parent consents to this collection and use. If a parent discovers that their child has given us personal information without their consent, they should contact us by email at huyikemei@gmail.com. We will delete any personal information that we receive from a child younger than 13 years old.
