KM-1592: Rugged and Durable Trimmer.

In terms of appearance,its shell is made of zinc alloy spray-painted. The zinc alloy shell has high strength and hardness, is resistant to pressure and impact, and is not easy to deform or damage. Its surface paint synergistically enhances the corrosion resistance, resists humid environments, and avoids rust problems. Combined with insulation properties and delicate touch, it significantly improves product durability and safety.The unique textured back provides an anti-slip effect.

In terms of operation, the power button is positioned on the trimmer’s side for ergonomic operation. The push-pull lever design effectively prevents unnecessary power consumption and accidental activation.  Its blades adopts an innovative material combination. The KM-1867 is a professional upgrade to the KM-1868, a clipper specifically designed for sculpting.The main differences are that it has an additional blade adjustment lever to create layers in the hairstyle.The battery capacity has been upgraded from 1400mAh/3.7V to 2500mAh/3.6V. The motor has been upgraded from a 3.2V, no-load speed of 8500±10% RPM to a 5.0V high-voltage motor, increasing the no-load speed to 9100±10% RPM.

The blade is constructed from high-hardness martensitic stainless steel, which resists corrosion and sweat, ensuring a sharp and wear-resistant edge. The fixed blade is coated with a DLC coating, which offers an ultra-low friction coefficient, reducing shear heat and preventing scalds and hair adhesion, while also insulating against chemical attack and high-temperature oxidation.
